The TeamViewer software allows you to set up web presentations or access remote control over computers. UVM Systems provides two versions of TeamViewer 6 for customer support. For operation, no own installation of TeamViewer is necessary on the client computer, it's sufficient to start the offered UVM System TeamViewer version.
The Support Client allows the remote control of a computer by UVM Systems and can be used in support cases. The customer must first determine whether the use of this software complies with the IT guidelines and access is permitted externally to the network. If an installed instance of TeamViewer is running on the client computer, it must be stopped before the UVM Systems Support Client can be started.
The Quick Join Client allows you to participate in a web presentation held by UVM Systems. The presentation can be followed via a web browser; access to the client computer by UVM Systems is not possible with this TeamViewer module. If an installed instance of TeamViewer is running on the computer, it must be terminated before the UVM Systems Quick Join Client can be started.
